Directions For Use

Loading

Lift the load basket onto the side hooks and rinse off all food particles into the sink. Carefully place items into the load basket without splashing, then slowly lower the basket into the solution and close the lid.

Unloading

Using gloves, lift the load basket slowly onto the side hooks. Without splashing, remove the items with gloves. Rinse and scrub all items thoroughly by hand with hot or cold water before leaving them to dry. If items are not scrubbed and rinsed thoroughly, a harmless white powder film may develop.

Soaking Times

As per the Soaking Chart at the bottom of this page, most carbon will be removed after a 12-hour soak. For heavy carbon, some items may need a re-soak. Before re-soaking, scrape and scrub off the carbon, rinse the item, and then re-soak it.
